Turn your Aspen schedule into a printable week-by-week planner for the 2026/27 school year.
Every rotation day, bell time, closure, exam day and early dismissal is already built in —
you only supply your own courses. Nothing you type leaves this page.
1 Paste your schedule from Aspen
In Aspen open My Info → Schedule and switch to the List view.
Select the whole table, copy it, and paste it below. You can also type the rows by hand in step 2.
What the tool reads, and what it ignores
It only needs the Schedule column — text like
2(2,5) 3(3,6) means period 2 on rotation days 2 and 5, period 3 on days 3 and 6.
That alone places every class. The Term column (FY, S1, S2) decides whether a course runs
all year or swaps at the semester break. Course code, description and teacher are used for labels.
Room numbers are not in Aspen's list view, so add them yourself in step 2 if you want them printed.
2 Check it, and add your rooms
Rooms are optional. Add a note to any class — a room, a supplies reminder, anything —
and choose whether it prints every time, on one rotation day, or on one weekday.

version — the printed pages cover the whole year.
3 Your schedule at a glance
Check this against your Aspen page before you print. Arrival and dismissal are worked
out from the classes you actually have.
This tool was created for our BHS community by a family who needed it to figure out their
kid’s wacky A2 blocks, but wanted to make it useable for everyone.
Day 6 dismisses early, at 2:15 PM — T2 block runs 1:55–2:15, then teacher collaboration.
Day 3 has no regular 5th period — T1 runs 1:55–2:25, then X Block until 3:05.
3rd period is split. Courses coded CE, FP, TE, MA, PA, SC, VA or WE take Class 1 first
(10:54–12:04) then Lunch 2 (12:06–12:36). Courses coded EL, EN, ID, SO, SW, TU or WL take Lunch 1 first
(10:49–11:19) then Class 2 (11:21–12:31).
If your first period is free, the planner gives you a later arrival time for that day.
Exam days, MCAS days and special-schedule days carry no rotation day, and no schedule for them is
published — those pages are left blank to write in.
Check every row in step 2 before you print — the tool reads what you pasted,
and a schedule that was copied short or stale will build a wrong year quietly.
Everything here runs on your own device. No account, no online service, and nothing you
type is ever sent anywhere. One exception, so you know: the .xlsx download
fetches the spreadsheet library from a public CDN when you click it, so that one button
needs the internet. Your schedule is not part of that request.
Progress reports post in Aspen on Wed Oct 7, Tue Dec 15, Mon Mar 8 and Tue May 18.
Quarters end Nov 9, Jan 28, Apr 12 and Jun 21.
Dismissal times for the Nov 25 and Apr 8 early-release days are not published. Check with the school.
